We are now seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who wants to help build relationships, find business opportunities, and further develop Renta.

The Role of Sales Representative:

As a sales representative at Renta, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers. You will work with both new and existing customers, creating solutions for equipment rental for everyone from small construction companies to large national builders. Your tasks will include customer visits, writing quotes, negotiations, and working with prospect lists while following up on sales goals together with your team. You will be an important part of the local team in Boden while also contributing to Renta as a whole.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a social and engaged team player who thrives in all types of social settings with daily customer contact and sales.
• Has a good ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Has a valid driver's license and is comfortable using the Office suite.
• Has good local knowledge of Boden and the surrounding region.
• Has a strong drive, is goal-oriented, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Meritorious:

• Experience in sales within the construction, machinery, or civil engineering industries – or another relevant industry.
• Strong local ties and experience working with both local and national customers.
• Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing prospects.
• Previous work with equipment rental and knowledge of the construction and civil engineering equipment market.

Duration and Salary:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probation period. Start date is as soon as possible. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of bonuses and access to a company car.
